5 Tips anti hair loss !



There are some  ways to avoid hair loss  .and  here are some tips to reduce it!

1 . Wash your hair properly

Prevent your hair from loss begins at washing. Use a mild shampoo with a neutral pH. You can also complete the rinse with cold water to prevent your hair from being brittle because hot water promotes porosity of hair.

2 . Take care of your hair

You should also protect your hair from external aggressions( weather ).try oils it will be very useful !

3 . Eat balanced food

The food also affects hair loss . In fact , eat iron rich foods ( lamb , oysters or white beans ) can properly nourish the hair and thus promotes their reproduction. Iron deficiency can make them dull and dropping .

4 . Say "No" to stress

Stress affects hair loss. Indeed, the stress causes hormonal disorders  . Try to relax by massaging your scalp for example.

5 . Use treatments

There are also treatments for limiting hair loss. You can, for example, do it once a year if necessary at Pharmacy or at your hairdresser.
